Step up to Step On®. The women's Burton Step On® Re:Flex Snowboard Bindings pair an intuitive boot-to-binding connection with all-mountain performance. Three connection points, two at the toe and one at the heel, deliver unmatched simplicity, security, and board control.

The Step On® system creates a clean, simple boot-to-binding interface that lets you step right on and offers hard charging response.

Re:Flex FullBED cushioning maximizes comfort and minimizes fatigue.

Re:Flex mounting system improves board flex and feel while reducing weight; Universally compatible with all current snowboard mounting systems.

FLAD system lets you to make micro adjustments to forward lean angle for a customized stance.

All Burton binding baseplates are backed by a LIFETIME WARRANTY. All Burton binding straps and hi-backs are backed by a one-year warranty from date of purchase. Coverage is limited to bindings from 2005 until the present.

Hi-Back Step On FLAD system allows the user to make adjustments with a #2 screwdriver to forward lean angle of the hi-back based on the user's preference, getting an active and quicker response with more forward lean and a more relaxed response with less forward lean.
Extra Features Step On® boot-to-binding system uses two points of connection by the toe utilizing Toe Hooks 2.0 that feature a spring hinge that flexes to maintain closure and provide an easy entrance and exit and one connection point by the heel for increased boot and binding response
