COVID-19 Updates

Please note: we are working with limited hours and limited staff. We are doing our best to answer the phone and respond to emails in a timely manner. Response to social media posts will be limited. 

This is a stressful time for everyone and our priority is taking the time needed to ensure our staff and customers in the store are as safe as possible. We ask for your patience and consideration during this time.

Monday March 30th 2020

Effective Wednesday, the Province of Manitoba has mandated a province-wide shut down. We will remain open. As per the order, "business that services or repairs vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, bicycles and includes car, truck and farm equipment dealerships and related facilities and auto supply stores and other similar retail businesses." have been deemed essential. Our hours will stay as listed below for as long as it makes sense. To reduce time in the store, please continue to use Click + Collect Service as much as possible.  

March 26th, 2020

Effective Monday March 30th, we will be reducing store hours to the following:

Monday - Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 12pm-5pm

We know that for many, access to a bike shop is essential. If you require our products and services for transportation, occupation, or mental health purposes, we are here for you. We will remain open for as long as it makes sense and is safe for our staff and customers. 

We have put into place a number of measures to protect staff and customers. In addition to frequent cleaning you will notice some changes when you come to the store.

Expect to wait outside is there are more than 4 customers in the store or out on test rides. Limiting the number of people in the store allows us to maintain social distancing recommendations and wipe down surfaces and products between visits.

 We encourage the use of our Click + Collect Service. We can even bring your items to you curbside, if that is your preference. For bike purchases we are happy to offer free delivery within city limits.

Dear Customers and Friends,

We are monitoring the recommendations by Manitoba Health, the government of Canada and the World Health Organization (WHO) and acting on protocols that we can put in place to help control the spread of the virus.  These procedures will help keep our staff and our customers safe during this uncertain time. 

Exercise and time outdoors is an important component to mental health, especially during a stressful time. We are here to help if you need gear for riding outdoors or if you decided to add a trainer to your home gym.

We encourage anyone who doesn't feel comfortable shopping in person to make use of our online shopping option. We are happy to offer Click+Collect service. Anything purchased online can be picked up in store or shipped if that is your preference. We keep our website updated nightly and the majority of our inventory is available for online purchase. If you can't find something you need online please give us a call.
