Minnedosa Ski Area
Ski Valley is located 7 kms north of Minnedosa on Highway #10. Ski Valley has nine distinctive runs for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Ski Valley offers licensed dining, ski and snowboards rentals and instruction, snow blade rentals, special group and school rates. Enjoy skiing Ski Valley even more with a lesson from a friendly Ski Valley certified ski or snowboard instructor.
Asessippi Ski Area & Resort
Located in Inglis, MB - Asessippi can be found northwest of Winnipeg towards the Saskatchewan border in Asessippi Provincial Park. Providing over two dozen runs, Asessippi provides skiers and snowboarders alike with room to ride. Tubers also welcome, as well as a nearby Nordic Ski Area.
Falcon Ridge Ski
Located near Falcon Lake MB, Falcon Ski provides all of the services for renters and equipment owners alike. Snowboard, Alpine, and Nordic equipment can be rented for use, as well as a snoeshow area for those looking to get some hiking in. Roughly 90 minutes from Winnipeg, Falcon ridge is nestled in close to the Ontario border.
Frost Fire Ski Area
Located in Walhalla, North Dakota - Frost Fire is the largest ski & snowboard hill located within a few hours of Winnipeg. Sporting nearly a dozen runs, running up to 2600 feet and featuring nearly 1400 feet of elevation. For good long rides, Frost Fire fits the bill.
Holiday Mountain
Located in La Riviere, MB - Holiday Mountain is just over an hour south of Winnipeg. With on side accomodations and lots of other features, Holiday Mountain is a popular stop for many skiers and snowboarders alike.
Mount Evergreen
Located just outside of Kenora, ON - Mount Evergreen is home to both a Nordic Ski Area and a Snowboard/Alpine Ski area to suit the needs of anyone looking for fun in the snow. Being just over the border into Ontario means that Mount Evergreen will be closer to a two hour drive, but also right next door to all of the amenities that Kenora has to offer. Rentals and instructors are available, so check out Mount Evergreen if you are looking for some fun this winter.
Springhill
For those itching to hit the hill in Winnipeg, Springhill is right around the corner - just minutes from Winnipeg! You won't find a closer hill to the city to feed the need when you can't plan a trip with those pesky travel times. Stony Mountain
Located about 11km north of the Perimeter Highway, Stony Mountain Ski Area is nestled in the community of Stony Mountain. With a half dozen runs and a selection of rentals, Stony Mountain is nice and close while still providing the thrill of winter excitement.
